Archdiocese of Louisville Catholic Schools

A brand that made forty-eight schools feel like one community

The Archdiocese of Louisville oversees 48 Catholic schools across central Kentucky, serving over 18,000 students, and wanted a brand that felt just as strong today. RedTag ran focus groups with staff, parents, and parishioners and found the real differentiator: these schools are communities first. That insight shaped a new brand built around belonging, backed by a full website redesign and enrollment ad campaigns.

The client loved it enough to bring RedTag in to present the new brand to school leaders across the entire archdiocese. Since launch, preschool enrollment is up 5%, K–8 is up 2%, and high school is up 3%, with more growth expected. The work also picked up an ADDY and an AIGA award along the way.
